    Honestly, I have cellulite on the back of my thighs and I work out 6 days a week. I'm 5'0 and 115 pounds, so I'm obviously not fat. Some of us are just more genetically engineered to have it.

    Squats and deadlifts!

    I used to have cellulite on the back of my thighs and butt. No longer.

    Losing weight is part of it, of course, but building up your muscles will make everything look so much smoother. It's amazing what a difference it can make.
