I am a mom who works full time, am in a long term committed relationship who has gained weight and want to lose it. I use to have a love for life and enjoyed doing anything. Now I feel like I would like to do stuff but have no energy. I know that it is the weight I have gained holding me back. I know that when I work out and weigh less I feel better. My boyfriend is currently working out of town and so I thought what a great time to work on getting in shape so when he is home I have more energy to do things.

Good luck, ABSOLUTELY work at this and do it now! I was you 10 years ago. I accepted that life was pretty much done for me and I was just getting old. I now have such a different and new outlook and zest for life. This journey to a healthier lifestyle takes work and committment, but if you trust in MFP and log in honestly and religiously, you'll be at your goal in no time. You gotta do this. Trust me, I sure wish I had 10 years back.0
