I have been slightly bow legged my whole life and when I run my right foot turns inward. I have tried to straighten it while I run but I end up tripping over myself or hitting my calf with my shoe (sounds crazy I know) I have some discomfort at times but nothing major, nothing to stop me while I run. Do I continue to run as I feel natural to my body or do I keep trying to straighten that foot when I land?

I would continue to run this way if it feels natural! Don't be embarrassed. You are lapping everyone sitting on their couches! Good luck!.0
