Like so many of you I am on a Personal Transformation Journey for Weight Loss, Vitality and Energy
when i stepped on my scale in December i broke down and cried and was so disappointed in myself
but i have lost 52lbs since then and added some lean muscle as well. I have Breakfast now and i am
allowing myself to eat more who knew that i was starving myself overweight lol need 1200 calories minimum to
get my metabolism going and now i am working out in my basement and loving it. 5 lb weights 3-5 per week 10-15 minutes
a day and some dance and walking not bad for an almost 40 year old Nana. Can't wait to meet some new people to help encourage me on my journey and help motivate them on their own. Love to share how i did this and will keep results posted
