All nighter... Help!

Ok, I know the basics of resting calories burned vs. awake calories burned, and I can assume that one would burn more while staying awake all night then if they were sleeping. On the flip side of this, I also understand that this will throw off your metabolism, as well as damage your muscles from having less time to recover.
In my line of work, I often have to pull 24, 36, or even 48 hour "days", as well as switching from day to night shifts. As such, I have a HELLUVA time figuring out how to log/consume my meals so as to fit my macros for that period of time. Any advice? Input?
