I my friend gave me them since she didn't like the Jillian DVD's but she didn't have the schedule anymore or any of the books. I found everything but the schedule online would anyone share it with me?

Thanks :)

Feel free to add me if your doing the program :)

There's at least one group on here for JMBR, so you should check them out in the groups section for support and other people on the program.

I finished the program a while ago - it was pretty intense, but fun (if you enjoy telling Jillian to shove it every now and then  )

As far as the schedule, each phase has 4 workout and 1 cardio DVD. So for phase 1 (month 1), you have workouts 1, 2, 3, 4, and C1. The schedule goes like this:

    Weeks 1-2
    Monday: workout 1
    Tuesday: workout 2
    Wednesday: cardio 1
    Thursday: workout 1
    Friday: workout 2
    Saturday: cardio 1
    Sunday: rest

    Weeks 3-4
    Monday: workout 3
    Tuesday: workout 4
    Wednesday: cardio 1
    Thursday: workout 3
    Friday: workout 4
    Saturday: cardio 1
    Sunday: rest

You do the same pattern for phases 2 and 3.

*If you want* you can do the optional "kickstart week", which is the same as week 1 above, BUT you add a round of cardio 1 every day but sunday (so Monday you do W1 +C1; Tuesday = W2 + C1; Wednesday = C1 + C1...yeah, you do cardio 1 twice in one day). For that week, you're also supposed to eat according to the kickstart week meal plan. From week 2 on you just do the normal schedule.

FWIW, I tried the kickstart, but the "recommended" plan had me eating a NET of 900 calories/day, and not only was I grumpy, but I felt really sick (I only had 20-ish pounds to lose, so that was far too little food for me), so I gave up on it by Wednesday and did the "normal" (non-kickstart) exercise plan plus my own food plan for the rest of the way. I'm just saying that you may need to make some tweaks to make it work.

    Good luck!
