Help in planning meal

I am needing to change to a lower carb breakfast. It is usually cereal and skim milk...I get so hungry before lunch. I was thinking of a hard boiled egg, a slice of Sara Lee 45 calorie toast and a tablespoon of peanut butter. It would be low carb and high protein. Thoughts and suggestions please
