On muscle relaxers per doctor....?

I've been on birth control for years, been with current boyfriend for 1.5yrs.
I stopped doing cocaine about a year ago, and have gained about 40lbs over the years time,
Which I expected. But, I maintain a fairly healthy diet.(Chicken, white fish, lots of fruit and vegetables)
But I am a waitress at a village inn. And my weakness is chocolate peanut butter pie. I have been
Dealing with lots of stress lately, and fighting with the boyfriend,(mostly over my weight gain, .lack of self esteem, he is very fit)
The stress has caused my tmj(temporal mandibular joint) pain to flare up, and become excruciating. So, after seeing a doctor, and trying a mix of different medications, they have decided to keep me on flexeril and naproxen.
I recently joined mfp and have been working out for 45-60m a day, 7 days a week, plus I'm active at work (waitress).
I used to work out a lot in school, and swim everyday. I know that the muscles would be sore for a day out two after intense workouts. But I have been doing intense workouts everyday, on top of walking/running at work, and the muscle pain/stiffness
Isn't really there the next day. Hasn't been at all. I'd like to just say I'm used to the workouts already. But I know better.
Could the muscle relaxers be reducing the stiffness/tightening of the muscles after each workout?
Are they going to negate me working out at all? If I'm not feeling any aftermath, how do I know the workouts are working?
Anyone else deal with this or something similar?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
