i eat very healthy and exercise but im not sure what exercise to do to get rid of my pooda pouch.

You may have to re-evaluate your eating and eat cleaner foods. HIIT cardio 3-4 times a week and a good weight training routine along with ab routine should do the trick.. Oh and LOTS of water, like a gallon.0

I have "the flap" also and I have been doing a lot of ab workouts and tons of cardio and it has reduced "the flap" by a lot. Look at my before and so far pictures. My fav. ab workouts are the bicycle crunches and where you lay flat on your back have someone at your shoulders this exercise i call "the crouch" exercise because you can see their crouch :laugh: Then you lift your legs and have them push them down. Go from side to side and then forward this will work all parts of your abs. Then hit the cardio on off days.0

You really just need to reduce over all body fat to make it smaller. Trying to remove fat from just your abs is not going to work. You can make you ab muscles bigger, and it makes it look somewhat better, but the fat is still there. Trying to reduce my abdominal fat myself.(both kinds)0

its not that big.
i just need to do more ab workouts. and im planning on getting a YMCA membership.so that will help.
im planning on going about 5-6 days a week.0
