Haven't been feeling it after my off day

I've been exercising 6 days a week and taking Sundays off but every Monday I have to really force myself to work out. After Monday it will be fine and often look forward to my workout unless I'm exceptionally tired for some reason.

Would it hurt anything to go ahead and work out 7 days? Maybe if I just did something light? It's like that day off just throws me out of whack and makes me feel lazy.
