Hollow Days?

Hey Everyone!
Every once in awhile (especially during menstruation - sorry guys!) I get these days where I just can't seem to feel full. I have started to eat more protein, less carbs, less sodium, lots of water+fibre and usually have no problems with things like not eating after 730pm or over-indulging in sweets. Then I hit these days where I could just eat and eat and eat anything and never feel full!!

Does anyone else get these hollow days? Any advice how to get through them?

    I have these days a lot. I try to drink lots of water if I'm feeling like that. It's really a battle cause I KNOW I'm not hungry, I just want to eat! I also much on carrots too and if I really want to stuff my face, I eat popcorn. Smart Balance has popcorn that's only 60 calories for the whole bag.

    Even Guys get days like that I plan to do a weight session next time I feel hungry esp in the evening. I planned that last time as well but took the food option ;>(
