Hi everyone,

I'm new to mfp and also very new to calorie counting. I've done diets like WW etc but nothing that involves simple calorie counting. Been doing this for 2 days and its been an eye opener!

Enjoying the challenge of losing weight this way with the mindset of this is the last time and forever. Also upping exercise which is a challenge due to health but enjoying it!
