I plateaued... HELP!

Ive been stuck in the 140's for so long now. The past few weeks I've been bouncing between 141-145. I'll get down to 141 then I'll have something like one slice of pizza after being very good all week then bounce back up to 145 and spend the entire week trying to get back down to 141. I started the couch to 5k program 3 weeks ago thinking that would help but nothing's changed at all. Last week I incorporated strength training to see if that would help... nope. Please help me :-(
