Introducing myself

Hi everybody. I am new. The food tracker is surprising; it is stopping me from popping 3 things into my mouth every time I go into the kitchen. Instead of eating 2 pcs of bread at dinner out slathered in butter, I only had 1 small one with the tiniest amount. How long can I keep it up will be the question. Goal; reduce stomach sticking out so I don't look 4 months pregnant all the time.
