Great for round shoulders.
Break them up.

Ok, I watched the video and tried the way she was doing it...much harder that time...did 80 small to large circles, 100 in front of me circles, and 66 large circles (33 each way)...ok. shoulders are definitely burning now!!! Thanks for the workout!!0
