I love to eat cereal and I love a glass of milk at night, but there are way too many calories in even skim milk for me. Is there a milk substitute that is low calories and still tastes like milk??

Skim milk on the average has 90 calories for a whole cup.. If that's too much I doubt you're going to find anything better. And the only milk substitute for milk you would find (I think) is soy, almond or rice. But I don't think those are lower in calories.
P.S. love your picture0 -

I use Silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk in my cereal at 35 cals/cup. Yummy! My husband drinks Silk Light soy milk, but I just can't get into it, myself.0
