P90X Questions

Hey Guys and Girls,
Starting up P90X in addition to my current training routine. I just want to get back to training twice a day, so I'll be doing it in the early morning before work.
I'm in decent shape, and I've done lots of plyos and HIIT stuff before. Just wondering if there is anything I should know before starting it up. Any advice?
I'll make sure to post up pictures when it's all over. Looking forward to it.

Its pretty self explanatory for the most part, Tony makes it pretty easy (and hard) for anyone to follow. I know alot of people dont "log" everything but i find it extremely helpful to know how much progress you've made.
In the morning make sure you do a good warmup before starting otherwise (at least for me) it was cramp city. I found it was easier for me to do in the afternoon.
I never did any of their supplements they talk about and it seemed to work fine for me, they spend alot of time talking about their "recovery drinks" and vita packs. I just stuck to the ol protein shake and felt great after a workout.
