At a standstill...

Hello all. My weight loss seems to be at a standstill and I could use some help. I have opened my diary for you to see. I have lost between 8-10 pounds depending on the week, but just can't seem to drop more. Today I am up two pounds! Most of my weight loss was using weightwatchers online but I had started to plateau there as well so when my 4 months were up I stopped the subscription and started mfp. I have been reading about eating more protein so I have been trying that and am going to continue to do that. I also thought I'd try interval training. Anyways, if you could look and give me some pointers I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!

    i looked at your diary real quick..it looks good to me. Why not zig zag your calories? read up on that. I'm going to start doing that....just google that term and read around. there are a few calculators that give you eating patterns. You could try that..then do the shake up the exercise thing if that doesn't work. I wouldn't do both at once..jsut because they could negate each other.

    I think I do that sometimes..try so many new things..I don't really figure out what works. Good luck..this is a great site and you will enjoy it.

    Looking at your diary.. I'm a male and you take in more fat than me..

    Drop some of that Dairy.. Lower the carbs and up the protein .. You will start to turn......

    Thank you Elisa123. I will look at zig zag as I don't know what it is. :). I will also try to up the protein. I don't know about the fat though. I guess I will think more about that one.
