    Good morning everyone!

    Has anyone thought of a weekly goal for next week?
    I was thinking we could do 50 situps each day. What do you think? that's an easy one to start off with.

    How about for today, tomorrow and sunday we make sure to drink all 8 cups of water? Sound ok?

    sounds great. I have two cups of water down so far! But I drank coffee today :( I always try to avoid that.

    Hello Everyone!
    Happy Friday!!!!! :bigsmile:

    I almost convinced myself to not go to the gym today because I was sore from my new Zumba class last night and it's Friday and all.
    I read this thread and got excited all over! Now I'm going after work!

    I'm planning on running 3 miles on the treadmill and doing some weight lifting stuff.
    Does anyone have any weight lifting tips/advice for runners? Specifically-- what machines shoud I use at the gym that would benefit me?

    50 sit ups a day is doable...good first challenge.

    Were is everyone? Do we have a new link already? Well, I guess I'll go first, no change this week. I am at 137. I did got down to 135 this weekend but I weighted myself this morning and it said 137, oh well. There's always next week.
