Hi There!

I have been working out for a month now, 4x a week and trying to eat more healthy but the weight is not coming off. I am having trouble finding ways of eating a healthy quick breakfast before work. Any ideas?

    eggs are fast, takes me less than 10 minutes to cook and eat breakfast

    I wake up around 4 am to work out. I have a couple cups of coffee, and about 6 glasses of water before I leave the house for work. I cannot eat until about 9 or 10 am. i usually take a banana and peanut to work to eat for breakfast.
