So what is the difference between the two? I know they both offer omaga, fiber and help keep you full. However chia seeds are much harder to find and cost WAY more but besided that what are the added benifits to chia over flax???? Oh and do you prefer your seeds whole or ground?

Hemp seeds are better than both!

I like hemp seed also, but still use chia and flax. Flax seed does have to be ground, your body doesnt break it down. Hemp and chia are fine without grinding.0

I have organic chia seeds. I bought them from an african shop at the mall. I happened to see them in the window. I think it was a great investment!0
