what are the best grab and go foods for a hectic schedule that can be eaten quickly

    I love nuts in small portions. Apples don't squash in the car. We eat a LOT of rollups. Roast beef in a tortilla with horseradish or just plain salad. I just starting using these high fiber/low fat/low carb whole wheat tortillas that are really tasty (made with oats and flax) that are only 50 calories. We make them up, stick them in the fridge, and run out the door with them.
