Best 20 minute workout

I have a couple small children and all the other time consuming things I'm sure many of you deal with.

Anyway, I get to the gym last night with a 50 minute window til closing time, I wanted to spend 25-30 minutes on the treadmill so my weight room time was really limited. This seems to happen more than not lately.

Anyway, if I get to the gym 2-3 times a week, what would you recommend to knock out in 20-25 minutes? This is what I did last night:

Bench / Leglift
Lat pulldown / Back Extensions
Butterfly cybex
Curls / Tricep extensions (for the gun show)

And before anyone says I need to run before lifting, its not feasible, I sweat like Chris Farley in a sauna
