BAKED RIGATONI
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
4 cups cooked rigatoni (about 2 cups uncooked)
1 (700 ml or 24.637 ounce) bottle of Classico Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) preshredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
cooking spray
1/4 cup (1 oz.) preshredded fresh parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cook beef in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain.
3. Combine beef, rigatoni, pasta sauce & 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Toss well.
4. Spoon pasta mixture into an 11x7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
5. Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella & parmesan cheeses.
6. Bake @ 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Makes 8 one cup servings

Baked rigatoni is great but to make it even leaner I use ground turkey instead, it really does not taste any different:happy:0
