Would you think this is the same as being burned by the coffee at Mcdonalds? Will she win it? She must've had a pretty big padunk if she didn't feel the hotness after her burns reached 3rd degree. Should be interesting.

I live in the area... and everyone I know is laughing at her... for one it was August... everything is going to be hot... two, how the hell do you not know the bench is to hot to sit on... even after sitting down... for three how does a 1st degree burn (which apparently was her first diagnosis) turn into a 3rd degree burn a couple of days later...

I think it's totally bogus and I REALLY want to be on that jury. I don't get how Jerry Jones and company are supposed to reasonably know that the benches are too hot to sit on (in August in Texas) that they have to warn people... but she couldn't reasonably know that the benches were too hot?

She is an effing idiot and I hope the lawsuit gets laughed right out of court.

Oh another lawsuit I was told about is a lady in Santa Monica California is suing the city because the new smart parking meters (that you can use credit cards in and it will also text you when your meter is running out of time) is giving her ear infections... she is suing them for $1.7 billion and then an additional $1.7 billion for every month the meters are still up and running....

My question is, does this woman not have wireless internet in her house? does she not own a cell phone? Because unless you live in the African Serengeti, you are exposed to wireless signals everywhere you go.
