No results thus far with 30 day shred?

Hi, I just finished Day 2 of Level 2 of the shred. (i spent 6 days on level 1 as it was pretty easy for me after a few days).
My diet is usually between 1200 - 1500 calories per day. After 8 days of the shred I have seen no change on the scale (except it fluctuating up a pound a lot more instead of staying steady) and the only place I have lost inches is 1/2 off my hips....
I was hoping to get past my plataeu by doing the shred. Does it just not give some people results? Is it even worth continuing it?
It is very frustrating working my *kitten* off every day but getting nothing back in return.
Give yourself a fighting chance! It's only been 8 days for you. I don't think you will see much results in only 8 days. I would stick with the 30 day shred for the full 30 days and check for results then.
I just started the shred myself and will be on day 6 level 1 tomorrow and I am working my *kitten* off, too. I hope to see major results in 30 days. (not only weight loss, but inches lost as well) But I know I have to give it time. I feel your frustration! I am working my *kitten* off and I want instant results, too. Progress is slow and we have to be patient. We can support each other.
It's neat that you are doing level 2. That is progress! You should give yourself a pat on the back.0
