Clothes you could never wear before.

So have you ever bought clothes and thought you couldn't fit into something or look good in something but tried it on out of pure curiosity to your surprise you can wear it and rock it?

I did this the other day, I found a dress, always loved the style but never could pull it off. Tried it on and to my surprise I looked hot lol. I'm hoping to have that same exp. when I go to try on another size in jeans soon. My work jeans are size 5/6 and they keep falling off me, but I'm not sure I'm quiet a 3/4 yet... We'll see. I noticed they aren't just the stretchy jeans that are doing this, all my size 5/6's are falling off me.

Also noticed I can now wear tops that would normally make my boobs pop out of them, and now I have just enough cleavage to make it look good but not have the "holy bat man, BOOBS!" look lol.

dresses. they never looked good before because i didn't have any definition in my waist. i can even wear flowy ones now that don't cinch at the waist. it's awesome. because they are soooo comfortable and super feminine. and shirts with really short sleeves... i used to only buy ones that covered at least half of my upper arm... now i can do the little cap sleeve thing.

I did this recently for the first time. I literally spend TWO HOURS in one store because I tried on like 20 items! lol It just felt good to be able to fit in so many cute things- sure they didnt all suit me but at least it wasn't because i couldnt fit it them.

It sure is awesome. It has to be one of the biggest incentives- key drivers to keep going!

I totally did this yesterday. I went into a store that I normally don't fit into anything, found a dress that I liked, tried it on for curiosity sake, and it fit, AND it looked good. AMAZING! I felt like I floated out of the store.

I'm so excited to wear skirts that aren't floor length... my legs were SO SO SO HUGE! I had 27" calves... that's as big as some people's waists. My legs used to be scary. Now, I wear to the knee or just above the knee length skirts/dresses and get compliments on my legs

Halter tops! I finally fit a strapless bra, so I've had fun wearing tops this summer which don't have sleeves or straps.

I still hate clothes shopping, though. Anything I used to wear just doesn't look right on my current body shape so I'm having to basically reinvent my style so that I can dress myself like an actual sane human being.
