Hi everyone,
I have been battling a kidney infection for the last week. I have lost 3 lbs since my last weigh in however unsure of whether I should record this while sick in case some of it is related to my infection. What do you all do?

I would say record it, but understand all of the factors, of which illness may very well be one. And don't be offended if people congratulate you, they do mean well, they just don't know the whole story.
If nothing else, you should keep a record in case you start losing too fast, so that you can tell your doctor. But hey, I've given thanks to the "flu diet" after the fact, every so often, and once you're better that'll still be your weight.0 -
Although I have been quite unwell with this I have continued to meet all my calorie goals and eating clean so it's possible the weight loss is unrelated however you have a very good point that it helps me track how much weight loss has occurred while sick so I can monitor it! :-) May have to go back to the doctor for more antibiotics on the weekend so might mention it to be safe.0
