Was on the Dr. Bernstein Diet a few months ago. Lost over 40lbs. I stopped going because it got expensive so I still have a bit more to go in terms of weightloss. Trying out this method to see if it works. Looking to find some friends on here for the moral and motivational support, so please add me

my mom has done the dr. bernstein diet 2 or 3 times. she's been down to her goal weight of 135lbs everytime but then once she stops she gains 30 or 40 right back as she reverts back to her old lifestyle. I think losing weight the old fashioned way is a lot more sustainable longterm
