Sooo when you are using a set of dumbells, how do you know which one is for the right arm and which is for the left? I tried finding an "R" & "L" but they don't seem to be marked.

What???? You mean I could have been doing everything wrong all this time?!!0
-
i just use any as i dont know my right hand from my left0
-
Just turn them upside down.0
-
You are only supposed to use "dumbells" with your left arm.0

Look real real close at the crease between the handle and the plate and you should see and x or an o . . . but when in doubt just ask the person on floor duty in the weight room, I'm sure they'd appreciate it!0

Well I am not sure. I could have been doing it right all along or maybe just half right.0 -
As long as they are pink and weigh no more than 2lbs you're ok.0

This is NOT a serious question is it?0
-
Who you calling a dumbbell?0
-
switch them up to confuse the muscles0

Are dumbbells unisex? I can't find pink ones at my gym, so I never lift. I don't want to bulk up so I don't lift anything over 5lb and those are all black, so they must be for the men.0

Just stop using them if it's too confusing.0

I usually don't do anything over 10lbs. I don't like the bulky look.0 -
switch them up to confuse the muscles
Ohh I have heard of that before "muscle confusion". I never really understood what it meant until now. Thank you!!0 -
You must be at a cheap gym. Most reputable gyms have them ergonomically designed for each hand.0

I need to up my drug use.0

They're all right-handed; you're not supposed to lift at all with your left side. Didn't you see Lady in the Water? Don't you want to be the Guardian?0

I seriously think you need to back over to the ladies area of the gym. How did you sneak past the muscled guys anyway?0
