i bought some 0 calorie/soduim/fat/sat.fat/sugar cooking oil/spray from giant eagle.
i want to fry some squash in it.
is that good even though its 0 everything?????:drinker:

    Most of those sprays are allowed to say there are 0 calories because of how small the serving size is (like 1/8 a second of spray or something like that). But most of us use much more than that and there really are calories in it. I'm not sure the best way to measure the calories...
