My goal is to look like the shape that I'm actually in. I like to ride mountain bikes..... A LOT!!!! I would ride every day when possible. For the past four years, a week hasn't gone by that i haven't gotten atleast 3 rides in (with the exception of a couple of months that I had a broken collor bone from doing,,, guess what
. So, for those who don't know, mountain biking is a pretty intense workout even for those who don't ride very hard, and I like to think I ride pretty darn hard. Anyways, my point is in all this time of having a pretty intense workout program I haven't lost any weight. Matter of fact, I've manage to gain a bit!
So I guess its time that I start to get serious about what I eat to get the full benefits of the thousands of calories that I burn for fun. I just discovered the myfitnesspal app a few days ago and so far I really like it. I hope I can get some results with it.
