Hey, I've never used an online quide or anything to help with weight loss but maybe with reading and talking to people on here, I'll be able to get healthier. My weight is known to go up and down and I'm just tired of it. I've tried all sorts of diets and just dont' stick to them long enought to show alot of results. Exercise can be dificult for me because I had a really bad horse riding accident in 2006 (when I gained all this extra weight) and messed my left knee up really bad. Needless to say, after six surgeries to help reduce the constant pain, my knee is better. No where near what it use to be. I don't have near enough cartlidge, so it's hard to get out there and try exercising. I'm alittle scared to do certain things because I might reinjur my knee. I'm hoping this site will help me keep the calories down and I reach my goal of dropping at least 50 lbs and being able to get back into the hiking and getting out to do things without pain. I am shy and not use to this kind of thing, but i'm willing to give it a try and see what happens.
