I need advice.

I go to Zumba at 4-5 times a week for an hour. I have also been doing 10 min videos for strength and abbs. I eat pretty well and never starve myself. Sometimes I end up eating under 1200 even though I'm stuffed at the end of the day. But I usually eat around that number. Do you have any suggestions for me? Something that I could change? Oh, and how long should I wait to exercise after eating?
