power hour playlist workout

in college, ive done a power hour or two..where you take a shot of beer every minute for one hour. well, ive found all these great playlists that are one hour long and switch the song every minute, and i figured i could use them and they could become GREAT workouts.
Ideas for power hour playlist workouts
- Every minute, alternate between type of workout (push up to sit up to push up..)
- Every ten minutes, change work out area of the body (abs to arms to legs..)
- For cardio, every minute, alternate between two different speeds (fast walk to slow walk/jog..)
- For cardio, start at slow walk and work your way up to run. every minute, add some speed and when you reach your peak, come back down
Why this workout works
- If you're like me, I get bored with the songs on my running playlist (and long songs in general), so a new song every 60 seconds is a great way to keep me from getting distracted.
- There are so many power hour playlists to choose from (search: power hour playlist) so you wont get bored
- Endless workout possibilities to mix and match routine
go ahead and try it! do you have any new work out ideas for power hour playlists??
