One scrambled egg with low-fat cheese, spinach and veggies
1 slice of whole grain toast if you're into that sort of thing
    handful of berries or grapes
1 glass of milk, whatever type you like

Is it just cheese you're trying to avoid or dairy all together? Nonfat greek yogurt is high in calcium and protein; for my breakfast today I let some homemade muesli and chia seeds sit in greek yogurt for 30 minutes then added in some fruit and a little bit of almond milk. Balanced and delicious and it worked out to 347 calories.

If you are trying to avoid dairy eggs are always a good option, but make sure to have some yolks as that's where the iron is concentrated! Make an omelette with some broccoli and serve with some sprouted grain bread and OJ :)
