:happy: 4 days of calorie counting and i am well impressed...i feel so much better, been peeing for england lol and eating sufficient. I thank this plaI have ce for keeping me going, makes it so easy to count the calories properly.... i have a long long way to go but with this support how can i fail xxxxx:flowerforyou:
