Taking control

Over the last couple months I have gained aprox 15 pounds. This was a result of letting my gaurd down, and becoming a couch potatoe. When my clothes started getting tighter and I begain to see rolls where rolls shouldn't be, I promised myself to take control and get back in shape. i am currently useing the weight watcher point system and useing the Wii for my exercise routine. I also walk at break time when at work. Things are looking better now. But it is definitly something I have to work at. Discipline-Disciple-Discipline!! My biggest roadblock is pastries & chocolate, my body screams for sweet treats. I will overcome!

    I also count WW points, but using the food diary on MFP is also very helpful to make me be accountable for everything that I eat. We are looking in to getting a Wii for exercise. Let me know how you like it. I am a teacher and I walk at school also and get my kids involved! You can do it!!
