Am I starving my bf???

For the past month or so I've been trying to make more meals at home to eat healthier, well rounded meals. So I cook for both me and my boyfriend and always give him a much bigger serving. He is 6'2 about 300lbs and works in construction - if I'm hitting on or around my 1200cal goal even if I'm giving him double what I eat is that enough? He just started to work out and has lost a few pounds which is great but I want it to be a healthy loss. Any suggestions?

The best suggestion I can give you is to let him manage his own weight loss journey. You're cooking for both of you. He's a grown man. He will tell you if he's still hungry or he'll do something about it. Trust me-no man is going to let you starve him. Relax and don't worry about it.0

This, he'll sort himself out, don't worry0 -
Get him on MFP and then he'll know whether or not he's eating enough for his health goals.0

Lol! That sounds right - although he is the type of guy where if I don't pack him lunch he'll either go without eating or go to McDonald's for large triple quarter pounder combo.0 -
