Eat more than 1200 cal and less than your target Cal for the day (be careful about eating back your workout calories, if you are WAY over then do as others suggest and keep it to less than half of your surplus).
do low and medium intensity cardio (low = walk 3.5mph, med=jog 3mph) for at least 45 min 5-7 days a week.
