Upgrading my life!

My friend told me about MFP months ago, just this week I started using it. I've lost around 7lbs so far!
Here is what I'm doing:
> Eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day, usually when my stomach tells me I’m hungry by growling.
> I record EVERYTHING, but I do not force myself to eat things I do not like so it’s easy to stay on track.
> After my desk job from 9 - 5, I go home and do the beach body insanity workout, I like it because its cardio focused and that’s the best way to lose weight, plus it is only about 50 minutes and I can do it at home for free.
> I do not eat anything past 9 PM, and if I'm hungry after 9, I drink a lot of water.
> One "cheat" meal a week, on Sunday
So far, so good. I can tell that great things are happening. I am more awake at work and do not get that sleepy feeling around 2:30.
That being said, I was wondering what anyone has to say about my plan? Should I change it? Any tips you can offer?
