After running this morning I'm experiencing some moderate pain in my lower, inner shin. I've recently switched from running an indoor track to running a paved track outdoors. Do I need to stop running until the pain disappears? I'm preparing to go to basic training, so I hate to take a break and fall back on my progress (trust me, I need to work on running haha), but at the same time I'd hate to push through and cause some more severe damage. I'm sure someone has had a similar experience...
Thank you!
Thank you!
