My MFP life changed yesterday. Someone told me about the ignore button*

    but wouldn't it be cool if MFP sent you a notification each time someone clicked ignore on you? My inbox would be full every.damn.day. :laugh:

    The ignore button makes most threads less hateful. lol. I just ignored a person for going off on someone else the way she did me. Seems she uses the same speech on everyone. I'm tired of seeing it.

    I use it, but then I can't stand the curiosity when someone I am ignoring posts a message...I just have to click through to read it.

    I've never used it - seems pointless. However, I'm aware one of the bro's has me on ignore ( since he passive aggressively announced it). I've had a lot of fun with this..... it's entertaining to post in reply, knowing he won't read what I say, but everyone else on the thread will.....

    one guy even said he took me off ignore to see if i was still bad/negative/whatever.
    and i was.

    Exactly... I haven't ignored anyone yet (because I didn't know I could) but I've seen a lot of really nasty and really sarcastic posts. Now I know I can control (to some extent) what I have to see here.
