Kale, how do i prepare it?

Options
Read a few articles that Kale is very good for you so I got some at the grocery store today but it looks like its just meant as a decorative garnish on a plate. Its very green & pretty to look at but I have no idea how to prepare it to make it taste good. Do I boil it, steam it? or just eat it like salad? Because I nibbled on some of it and it tastes very bland and not very yummy at all.

We stir fry it with our favorite stir fry stuff.
Or parboil it and eat it with salad stuff.
I don't like it "raw", personally.

I also love the kale and white bean tacos recipe I got off the web. Look for that. FABULOUS.

    Wash, dry, cut into pieces
    Single layer on baking sheet
Spray with Pam Olive Oil Spray
sprinkle (lightly) with salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc...basically whatever seasonings you like
Bake at 350 for 8-12 min, until browning and crispy.

    KALE CHIPS FTW

As part of a salad. Good in a juice. Green smoothie. Good in a soup, too.

I love kale chips. I sometimes toss is in a little olive oil and then splash some Ume Plum Vinegar on it and it's like salt and vinegar chips.
