When you should track your sugar

Since we only get to pick a few things to track and I am a notorious junk food freak I think It is important for me to have this on my list of things to track.. If your a big fruit eater I can see how that wouldn't mean so much..
Bad refined sugar is the leading cause of obesity and it turns to what we don't want to be FAT.. I see so many people that stay under their calorie goals for the day but their sugar is minus.. And it's not by just a few numbers, sometimes double or more it's not from fruit and they wonder what they are doing wrong...Those numbers mean something, and there are a lot of people in denial, they don't track it because... They don't want to know.. lol
I just hope if you are really serious about your weight loss you might take it into consideration... And work on it.. It's hard one junk food eater to another.. But please for the sake of your efforts of even logging everyday and all your workouts and everything else.. Pay attention! Those numbers are there to help us.. Really you can't hide from them.. And some advise if you are struggling with sugar from the bad stuff.. Consider stuff with no added sugar or sugar free... Even though people have their own opinions on artificial sweeteners etc.. I have found it to be a life saver to me...

I don't dislike artificial sweeteners. I drink Crystal light by the pitcher because I love sweet stuff
In my opinion, if I'm consuming sugar from my FRUIT (I love watermelon, LOVE it) then it's ok and I don't stress
If I'm consuming it from chocolate, then I try to limit it quite a bit.
Fruit will give me nutrition, chocolate tastes yummy. Only one will help my diet plan
*the other helps my sanity*

I feel like this was intended for me....
Maybe it`s like that song `You`re so vain, you probably think this song is about you, about you, about you.....0 -
If I eat 2 pieces of fruit, my sugar goes into the minus. I don't eat added sugar so I upped my sugar allotment.0

hahaha, I think it is more mainly a personal reminder to myself... I like to talk in 3rd person sometimes, It helps a bit and yes I have a bit of denial... But the other person inside me knows what's right.. hehe..0
