  • I had a scrambled egg with hot salsa on top. I just can't believe the sodium in an egg!!

    Skim milk, bran flakes, with a half banana sliced on top. Sprinkle with flax seed. 310 cals, 7g fiber, 3g fat.

    Today I had 2 hard boiled egg whites w/Salsa, a small piece of prime rib, 1/2 a grape fruit, and of course.....Coffee :tongue:

    Shared an omlette with my 2 year old, (3 egg whites, 1/4 cup spinach,1 tablespoon chopped onion and a couple of jalenpeno's)... along with my coffee with 1 (yikes, trying to cut back on the extra added sugars in my coffee's) tbsp of creamer! Excuse the spelling errors! :drinker: :drinker:

    i was bad but kind of needed something to endulge in...

    I had chocolate chip pancakes! :blushing: and a tall cup of mocha.

    You ever have those days where you've just been so good for so long and you need a tiny break to eat something unhealthy?

    Either way it only totals about 500 calories so I'm not too worried.
