In need of help!

I bought the Leslie Sansome Walk Away The Pounds Ultimate Collection. I did the 1 Mile Get Up & Get Started, but I don't know how to log it. Can anyone help me, I'd appreciate it so much!

    Well, if I were logging it, I would simply figure out how long it took me to finish the mile. If it took, say, 15 minutes that would be a pace of 4mph. So I would log it as walking at 4mph for 15 minutes. Does that make sense?
