Is there such a thing as too much fiber? If so, what would be considered too much? I average about 30 grams per day but the past 2 or 3 days I've had 60+ grams per day! I feel very full but I understand whats going on so I'm not really concerned, I'm just wondering if its counter productive? I drink about 70 ounces of water per day and all my fiber has come from fruits, vegetables and lentils, no supplements or anything. Opinions?
