I have been on MFP for just over a month now. I don't have very many friends here yet. I would like to have a few more for encouragment and accountability. I will try to do the same for you. I don't know the answers to some of the tough questions, I am just trying to get healthy, so I am sorry if I don't have great advice or tips for you, but I can in general offer support and encouragment.
