Binge today, gone tomorrow

Don't ask me about the title, it's late and I had a long day. SO wha'ha'happen was: yesterday was a date night, which means I didn't work out, and I ate a bunch of delicious buttery movie theater popcorn, followed by a delicious cheesy burger (on lettuce instead of a bun.. a girl's got to watch her figure, dontcha know!). I'm just guessing at this point, but I'd say I was over my calories yesterday by 200 or 300.

CUT TO TODAY: I ate how I normally eat and went on a run. I usually have no problem eating back my exercise calories, but today I'm just not hungry at all! I have about 400 calories left, and netting about 1,000 (i know, OHMAHGAH). So what to do? Force down a couple spoonfuls of peanut butter, or take yesterday into account and call it even?

DISCUSS.

MFP is on a 24 hour clock/cycle. Your body isn't. It's really that simple.

    ^^THIS^^

all apps are going to be on a 24 hour cycle. Life, your body etc. aren't. Use the apps as best you can, and do what you know to be best. In other words: move on.

And then take the time to ponder on how to do it better next time. cheers.
